MOniacs! What a year 2010 was huh? And to think…it went by soooo fast…but this year 2011 will be a year of many great things for all of us! Hey MOniacs! It’s been an amazing last few weeks! And a quite hectic one! I’m finally recording the new single…I have wow factor of musicians that have come on board to play, and I can’t wait to sing on top of what they put down. In the meantime…did you see me on Jimmy Kimmel? I reconnected with my former bosses and good frirends Huey Lewis and the News for a reunion performance. Their new CD “Soulsville” was released this week, and I tell you, it is a hell of a record! If you love soul music, you will love this CD. We performed on Jimmy Kimmel last night and had a complete blast! It was just like old times, when I joined them 18 years ago! I still can’t believe it’s been that long! Well, enjoy the vid clip!

Hoping everyone is feeling as “monificent” as I am! Just returned from a small vacay in Chicago with my baby sis and had a ball!…As you can see, the official “I’m A MOniac!” t-shirts are ready, as well as the “Monificent” lady tees and coming soon, coffee mugs, and baseball caps! ..The people of Chicago were excited to show them off! The masses are starving for real music…they are sick of the fake R&B..cookie-cutter watered down,euro dance music. There a whole group of people that are being neglected, and the 25- 45 age group. Artist like Faith, Lauryn Hill, Lil Mo are now coming back to claim that lane. There’s room for Mone’t in that lane as well.”
